LCA Admissions Procedures
Visitors Welcome!
We'd love to meet you and encourage you to come and meet with us before making any decisions. LCA welcomes anyone interested in seeing the school to call and come for a visit.
You can book a tour from 8:45 - 3:00pm Monday to Friday (Thursdays until 2:00pm)
Elementary Chapel is scheduled on Thursday mornings in the main hall.
Please expect to spend an hour to tour the facilities as well as meet with the principal to ask any questions you may have.
Once you have toured the school and feel that you would like to become part of
the LCA community, please follow these registration procedures.
- Obtain registration forms for your children from the office once you feel that LCA is a good fit for your family
- Students are invited to spend a day with the class to alleviate some of the fears of starting at a new school
- Return registration forms and other requested documents with a $100 family registration fee
- Complete and submit a Financial Commitment form
Our school year runs September - June. Students are welcome to start in the middle of the school year for a variety of reasons.

2011 - 2012 Tuition
The school offers a variety of payment options, including full payment in early September (5% discount), payment over 10 and 12 months by cheque, direct bank withdrawals, or by cash.
1 Student per family, Grades K - 12 ........... $3,750.00
Over 10 months .... $375.00 / 12 months ..... $312.50
2 or more students per family (K - 12) ........ $5,785.00
Over 10 months .... $578.00 / 12 months ..... $482.08
Additional tuition for students (10 - 12) ....... $525/student/ year
Over 10 months .......... $52.50 / 12 months .......... $43.75
Registration Fee
There is a $100.00 non-refundable Grade1-12 family registration fee due when you register.
Financial Commitment Forms
It is required that you complete a financial commitment form to clarify your method of payment and for income tax purposes. Forms are available from the office. Please complete and return to the bookkeeper when you register.
