The elementary school works like a well oiled machine. Mrs. Butler, Mrs. Fleming and Miss. Herzog work together to bring out the best in all of the students. They are familiar with all of the students as they grow up in LCA so they are able to not only teach well - but are able to inspire and encourage all parts of the students. 

They become more invested in their students each year as they get to watch the children grow. Together they bring many years of experience that helps them identify with the needs of the students. 

Together and individually they have become an invaluable asset to the school and we are lucky to have had them with us for so many years.
